We will provide carriage only on presentation of a valid ticket or a valid e-ticket, in case of online reservations. Any ticket modified or altered in any way and as long as the alteration or modification has not been made by us is not considered to be valid. Any ticket that has been lost or damaged –partially or wholly – or any ticket that does not contain any necessary vouchers is not considered to be valid and must be repurchased. Any ticket is valid only for the carriage as shown on it, from the place and time of departure to the place of arrival. The amount of fare paid corresponds to the carriage which is explicitly stated on the ticket. Passengers are required to carefully keep their ticket. Passengers must show their tickets to a member of staff when boarding for travel on the date or dates specified.
To guarantee a seat on our buses, we kindly request that all reservations be completed no later than 10 PM of the previous day of your intended travel date. This reservation policy allows us to organize our services efficiently and ensure that we can accommodate all our valued passengers.
Explosives and flammable liquids are forbidden and must not be carried on the buses. Luggage is being transported free of charge and the responsibility for the safety of luggage is borne by passengers.
In order to avoid lost luggage, please personalize the outside of your luggage with distinguishing marks or write on the luggage tag your personal information so that you can easily identify it. Our staff members are not required to check the holders of the luggage and they do not accept any responsibility for any loss of luggage or in case that your luggage was received by another person.
Children up to the age of 6 must be always accompanied by another person. The person accompanying a child takes care of safe transportation of the child and both occupy an entire rear seat.
Changes and cancelation of tickets as well as transferring your ticket to anyone other than the person for whom the ticket was initially booked cannot be made in any case.
CORFU LINE BUS is obliged to pay compensation in the following cases:
Compensation of at least 30€ if the company is at fault for the loss of luggage.
All credit card payments are real-time transactions processed through “Alpha e-Commerce” service of Alpha Bank allowing merchant’s customers to make online payments. Alpha Bank executes the transaction on behalf of CORFU LINE BUS, according to the agreement having been signed between the contracting parties. Concerning transactions, data (card number, CVV2/CVC2, expiration date etc.) are transmitted/ transferred over the Internet in an encrypted format and are not accessible by CORFU LINE BUS, which solely consents to the transaction value. If the purchaser making the credit card transaction is not the cardholder, there is no liability on our company’s behalf and there are no refunds.
Children under 3 years old travel for free. Payments of tickets are completed online. The price of tickets depends on the distance (km) and the accessibility to every area. The company reserves the right to change prices and timetables. The company is not responsible for any loss of personal items. The company is not responsible for any accident occurred when embarking or disembarking. The customer is obliged to be located at the station/stop 15 minutes prior to the start of the route planned.
In case of delays due to congestion or imponderables, the company is not obliged to pay compensation to customers.
